FC Copenhagen secure two-goal advantage for return match against Stabæk in Champions League

Two goals from Cesar Santín contributed to a 3-1 victory for FC Copenhagen in its Champions League match against Norwegian champion team Stabæk at the city's Parken Stadium last night.

Jesper Grønkjær scored the Lions’ first goal after just 11 minutes of play and Santín knocked in his first just before half-time to give home team a 2-0 lead at the break.

A slow-moving Jesper Christiansen in goal allowed Stabæk to score an important away-goal before the return match on 5 August.
