A 24-hour snowstorm is expected to hit Zealand within the next few hours, according to Denmark’s Meteorological Institute.
Parts of Funen and southern Jutland are already experiencing traffic chaos due to heavy snowfalls, and Zealand is due next to get its share of snow-related problems.

Northern Zealand and Copenhagen will not be hit quite as hard.Police are discouraging all unnecessary driving, while national rail operator DSB has informed that train schedules will be affected most of the day by the snow and ice on the tracks, with many delays likely.
